The Los Banos Tiger girls’ basketball team rolled out to a 31-6 halftime lead, only to have the Davis Spartans outscore the Lady Tigers 29 to 19 in the second half to close the Los Banos lead down to 50-35. That was as close as Davis would come as the Tigers held on for the victory.
America Ordunez paced the Tiger’s offense, scoring 17 points. Olivia Pacheco followed with 11 points, and Alize Sanchez added six points to the total. Camila Curutchague and Athalia Torres hauled in five rebounds each for Los Banos on defense.
