A Los Banos woman has been arrested after she was found to be unlawfully in possession of
drugs and a firearm, according to local police.
The Los Banos Police Department Gang Unit and Detective Team served a search warrant in the 900 block of Linda Vista Street at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday, police said.
Police said during the search, officers located methamphetamine for sale and a firearm. Drug paraphernalia was also discovered by law enforcement.
Michelle Rios, 40, of Los Banos, was arrested on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm and possession of narcotics for sale. Rios is being held at Los Banos Jail in lieu of $120,000 bail.
