JEANNIE LEE COLLINS (HOLT)

Jeannie Lee Collins was born in San Jose, California to Fern Baugher Aragona and Nathan Holt. After a long battle with Stage IV breast cancer, she entered Heaven on January 5, 2023 at home surrounded by loved ones. She was preceded in death by her father, Nathan Holt and her mother, Fern Aragona, and son, Tyler Collins. Jeannie is survived by her son, Devin Magioncalda and step father Jim Aragona and many family and friends.
Jeannie grew up in Dos Palos and attended Dos Palos High School, graduating in 1983. She was a proud mother of two sons, Devin and Tyler. She managed her own cleaning company and worked at home on the family ranch. She earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Counseling. Jeannie subbed for several years before she found her dream career at Charleston Elementary School. She loved all her students and wished to get back to them. She always held a smile in all her endeavors. Her smile was the most brightest in a room. She will be deeply missed.
A service of remembrance will be held 11:00am, Saturday, May 20th at the Cantrell Barn located at 16419 Bryant Ave. Dos Palos, CA 93620.
