On March 5 at approximately 11:02 a.m., the Los Banos Police Department responded to the 1900 Block of E. Pacheco Boulevard, for a report of a male suffering from a possible “gunshot” wound, behind the Home Depot business.

When Officers arrived they located a 39-year-old male bleeding and suffering from an injury to his eye. The male reported being shot by another male who had fled the area shortly before officers arrived.  The victim was transported by air ambulance to a Modesto area hospital for treatment and is in stable condition.
