The Los Banos Tiger JV and Freshman boys’ basketball teams returned to their winning ways after losing to the Lathrop Spartans last Friday night. The Freshman Tigers defeated the Frosh Beyer Patriots 51-39. Jacob Camarillo scored 15 points to lead, Christian Chavez with 11 points, and Josh Gargano added 8 points for Los Banos.
In the JV game, A colossal game by Eric Ramos (28 points, seven rebounds) and Jack Goodger (12 points, seven rebounds) paced the victory over Beyer by the score of 47-40. Then they followed that game with a 51-45 win over the Davis Spartans. Zarrick Affonso-Stiers paced the Tiger offense with 11 points, followed by Goodger with nine; Ramos added eight points and seven more from Byron Zuniga.
