A little boy was flying a kite one windy afternoon when a low cloud drifted overhead causing the kite to disappear from view. A man happened to be walking by and noticed the little boy standing there with a string in his hand but no kite in view. He looked at the boy and then at the string and asked the kid what he was doing. “I’m flying a kite, mister” the boy said without looking at him. The man looked up at the cloud again, and said, “I don’t see a kite up there.” The little boy replied, “Believe me, mister, it’s up there, cause I can feel it tugging on my string.”
While you and I may not see the importance of God in our lives, the tug of our hearts tells us that we need Him.
