The Panthers easily won the first set. They defeated the Mustangs by the score of 25-8, with the final point coming when a Mustang girl returned a shot that went out of bounds.

Pacheco dropped the following two sets to Mt. House, 25-21 in the second and 25-22 in the third set.

The Panthers rebounded in the fourth, 25-15, to tie the match at two sets each. Sofia O’Brien secured the Pacheco victory when she tipped the ball just over the net, and the Mustangs could not return the shot.
