Natalie was nominated by a Med. Surg patient that she cared for back in April.
The patient stated that Natalie is very attentive and every time she came into her room, she explained everything she was doing in a way that the patient could understand, and it made her feel safe.
The patient and her family attended the ceremony to celebrate Natalie’s DAISY Award and she was very emotional reminiscing about how Natalie cared for her.
