Burning and tingling pain is usually caused by a pinched nerve. Pinched neck nerve pain often starts on one side of your neck or upper shoulder. It may stop there or continue down your arm and even go into your fingers.
Also, your pinched nerve pain may skip your arm and/or forearm and only be in your fingers.
Medications like ibuprofen and acetaminophen (Tylenol) usually help.
See your health care provider for serious discomfort as you may need an MRI and further care, even surgery.
