Posadas embody a cherished tradition within the dynamic tapestry of Mexican culture in Merced County.

These festive celebrations showcase a rich array of cultural and culinary delights, including tamales, buñuelos, pan dulce, and champurrado.

On Dec. 22, the Community Center of Santa Nella invited the public to partake in a posada hosted at the Merced County Fire Station.

The atmosphere was filled with joy as children eagerly received gifts and participated in the exhilarating activity of breaking a piñata to reveal its delightful treasures.
