The FFA Greenhand Conference was held on Oct 18, at Gustine High School. An exciting competition took place and we are thrilled with the results of all the students hard work.

The Dos Palos High School Greenhand Opening/Closing team competed well. After much preparation, we are excited to announce that the team came home with the gold medal!

Angel Ramirez was awarded “Outstanding Sentinel”.

Additional congratulations are in order for Angel Ramirez as he received an award for “Outstanding Sentinel.” The role of the sentinel requires discipline, diligence, and a constant state of awareness to the needs of the organization. Angel’s attentiveness paid off, and we are proud of the work he has done.

The FFA Officer team competed in the 22-23 Opening/Closing Ceremonies. This level is challenging as the competitors are exceptional in their roles. Our team was especially well prepared which is evident in their success as they clutched gold as well.

Dos Palos High FFA officers are: Kerstyn Mumby – Sentinel, Sofia Miller – Reporter, Makenzie Jacobo – Vice President, Jillian Souza – President, Alexis Moss – Secretary, Karolina Gonzalez – Treasurer.
