The Pacheco Panther girls golf team used fine rounds by their top two players to defeat their cross-town rival, the Los Banos Tigers, 334-346..

Arlet Leona, the number one player for Pacheco (3-2), carded a round of 55 to defeat Tiger Kiara Daniels, who shot a round of 66.

The Panther’s number two golfer, Gracie Luis, outshot Tiger Melanie Espino, 60 to 73, to claim her match.  Maya Medrano and Harlee McBride tied with each girl carding a round of 70.

Mya Arista and Ana Curiel of the Tigers (1-3) each won their matches for Los Banos, but it was not enough as the Panthers defeated the Tigers by 12 points.
