Los Banos police are investigating a break-in at a local business earlier this month.

On Jan. 10 at 11:41 p.m. officers responded to an alarm at Office Supply Express at 1017 I St. Police quickly determined a break-in had occurred. After making sure no one was in the building a representative of the business arrived on the scene and confirmed the building had been burglarized, police said.

At the time the police report was made no specific items were listed as stolen, according to law enforcement. Police have not said whether any items have subsequently been reported stolen during the incident.

The Westside Express has viewed surveillance video from the break-in, which is circulating on social media. The video shows a black SUV pulling up to the business and two suspects getting out. Both suspects are wearing jeans and grey or green coats with hoods covering their heads. One of the suspects appears to pick the lock to the business’s front door.

While inside Office Supply, the suspects are seen going behind the front desk and rummaging through drawers and file cabinets. Then they leave camera view.

The Los Banos Police Department would like anyone who has information about this incident to come forward by contacting detectives at 209-827-7070.
