For the seventh year in a row, Anderson Homes is will be doing its “Giving Back Starts at Home” promotion in Los Banos.
Individuals who purchase an Anderson Home between October 1 and December 10 can choose one of three nonprofits– Friends of the Los Banos Public Library, the Police Activities League and the Los Banos Volunteer Firefighters– and the Anderson Family will donate $500 to that nonprofit on their behalf.
Since its inception, this promotion has donated over $90,000 to nonprofits in Hollister and Los Banos. Last year the Anderson Family donated $3,500 to the three Los Banos nonprofits.
Gerry Giesel, the treasurer of the Friends of the Los Banos Library, speaking in the spirit of the three Los Banos nonprofits, said, “The donations Andeson Homes have made in the past have meant a lot, enabling us to better serve our community.”
