Melissa Kay Weaver (49), a longtime resident of Dos Palos, passed away surrounded by friends and family on Tuesday, May 6th, 2025 in Fresno, Ca. Born on December 10th, 1975 in Vicksburg, Mississippi to Judy Beliew and Ricky Ray. Melissa was a beloved wife, mother, mimi, daughter, sister, and friend known for her kind heart and beautiful smile.
Melissa graduated from Sonora High School and worked a successful career in medical billing. In her free time, she enjoyed spending weekends in Monterey with her husband Ronnie, quality time with her grandchildren and baking. Melissa was the proud owner of Fatted Cupcake. Together with her husband’s business, Holy Smokes Custom Bbq Barrels and Catering, she enjoyed catering gatherings of all types and volunteering for various youth fundraisers and activities.
Melissa is survived by her husband, of 31 years, Ronnie Weaver, children Sky (Trey), Dillon (Natalie), grandchildren Kimber, Sailor, Aria and Ava, mother Judy (Kenny), brother Ricky (Sara), sister Shell (Willie), brother Cody, and many more family and friends.
Mellisa will be deeply missed.
A celebration of life was held at 12:00pm on Saturday, May 17th, 2025 at DES Hall in Dos Palos, Ca.
