Los Banos FFA has been very busy in the month of February.  On February 15, the Los Banos FFA hosted their annual FFA Sweetheart Banquet, where Harlee McBride was crowned as the 2024 Los Banos FFA Sweetheart.

Many of the sweetheart candidates’ family and friends came to celebrate and recognize all of the hard work the sweetheart candidates put into making the fundraiser a huge success.  The total raised by all four candidates was $41,250. This money will go to fund many of the things the FFA needs throughout the year.

The next activity that kept the FFA students busy was celebrating and participating in FFA week.  FFA week was held February 21st-24th.  FFA students participated in multiple dress up days and joined in games and activities held during lunch and after school.  It was an amazing week and the students had a lot of fun celebrating the FFA organization.

The final activity in the month of February was a school staff appreciation lunch.  The Los Banos FFA Officer Team hosted a lunch for all the teachers, administrators and staff of the school.  This was a day to show the school staff how much the club appreciates all the support they provide.  It was great to serve the staff lunch and let them know how much their support means to all the FFA students.

Los Banos FFA certainly stayed busy doing all kinds of activities throughout the month of February. It was great getting to participate in so many fun activities and celebrate the FFA.
