It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, Ronald A. Carter, who peacefully passed away at his home, surrounded by loved ones, on March 7. He was 89 years old.
Ron was a long-time and highly respected dentist in Los Banos, where he touched countless lives with his skill, compassion and dedication to his patients. He not only excelled in his profession but also built lasting relationships with the families he served. His kindness and gentle nature made him a trusted figure in the community.
Beyond his career, Ron was an avid hunter and golfer, passions that brought him joy and many cherished memories over the years. His love for the outdoors and his commitment to excellence were evident in everything he did, from his meticulous approach to his work to his enjoyment of life’s simple pleasures.
As a husband, father and grandfather, he was the epitome of love, support and guidance. He took great pride in his family and his legacy will live on through the values he instilled in those who knew him. A pillar in the community, Ron was a person who could always be counted on, whether for a kind word, a welcoming smile, a helping hand or a great story.
He is survived by his wife Carolyn; his children, Jeff, Greg and Jill; his grandchildren, Heidi, Haley, Kurt and Kyle; and many close friends who will miss him deeply. We find comfort in knowing that his life was a reflection of love, service and kindness. His memory will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing him. A celebration of life was held privately by the family.
Rest in peace, Ron. You will forever be loved and remembered.
