As the year comes to a close, the students at Dos Palos High School are wrapping up their essential materials.

The Broncos made it to the championships, and even though they didn’t win, they had an incredible season.

With the arrival of winter, many winter sports teams started their seasons off strong with their first games. The girls’ basketball team had a game at Denair on Nov. 27, and the boys’ basketball team had a tournament at Pacheco from Nov. 30 to Dec. 2.

The boys’ soccer team faced Sierra on Nov. 28 and won 2-1. The girls’ soccer team also played against Chowchilla on Nov. 30. The DPHS students and staff are eager to see how far they go this season.

The DPHS leadership class and counseling office aspire to spread Christmas cheer by encouraging everyone to decorate offices and halls, hoping it will make the campus more exciting, especially for the students finishing the semester.

School is almost over, and DPHS wants to make these last few weeks of the semester the best they can be.
