Born August 24,1942 in Madera, CA; Went home to be with Jesus on June 24, 2023
Cecelia moved with her family from Mendota, CA to Dos Palos when she was 14 years old.
Cecelia was a Wife, Mother and homemaker. Before becoming sick she was very active in her church where she loved to lead song service and sing specials.
Cecelia is survived by her Husband of 63 years Leon Rippee, three children, one son in law and two daughter in laws Lenora and Mike Costa, Rick and Linda Rippee, Jeff and Barbara Rippee. 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. One brother Ronnie Barker and one sister Sharon Sequeira.
Cecelia is proceeded in death by her parents Cecil and Doris Barker, her grandson Brian Costa and many other loved ones.
Graveside services will be held on July 11th at 10:30am at Dos Palos district cemetery.
