The Los Banos Tiger girls volleyball team improved its overall record to 2-3 and its Western Athletic Conference record to 1-0 with a 3 games to 1 victory over the Beyer Patriots on Sept. 1.
After dropping three out of four previous matches, the Tiger girls defeated Beyer by scores of 25-14, 25-18, and 25-16 losing only the third set by the score of 25-17.
The Lady Tigers will next be in action on Sept. 6, when they travel to Modesto to play the Davis Spartans.
