The Dos Palos Hot Summer Nights Car Show is celebrating 30 years.
Hosted by the Dos Palos Lions Club, the annual show which brings in participants from all over the Central Valley, will take place this Saturday starting at 1 p.m.
Registration will begin at 1 p.m. and go until 4 p.m. Pre-registration is $15, and $25 the day of the show. Judging begins after registrationS.
The “Best of Show” will take home a prize of $500. There will also be a $250 prize for the biggest car club in attendance. Also, a total of 20 trophies will be presented in various categories.
Local groups will also have food and craft booths available. They will be at the city parking lot on Blossom Street where set up will begin at 11 a.m.
